Field coils

A field coil (also known as bobbin or magnetic coil) is generating a magnetic field in an alternator by a current flow. Bobbins are coated in a fluidised bed.

Storage stability 4 months ≤23° C

 

Coating values

Penetration into the winding very high
Curing cycle at 200° C  10 – 60 min
Cut through temperature 130 – 300° C
